The true end goal is to see economic development happen in a variety of sectors across our whole community. The growth of employment, success of our existing industry, opportunity for entrepreneurs, population increase, retention of young talent, and attracting of new investment in the residential, commercial, and industrial markets are all of interest. These efforts will take broad partnership, bold leadership, and execution on opportunities.
Five-year Metrics

- Attract $200 million in new capital investment
- Influence a net population growth greater than 1,000.
Outcomes of reaching these five-year metrics:
500 primary new jobs (330 secondary) = 830 total
